Christmas Stitching and Other Things…
Earlier on in the month, I promised to pop back here and show you the little pot covers that I’ve been stitching to cover the ugly black pots that my poinsettias are in…
I love how they turned out. The poinsettia and pot cover in the top picture went to a friend as a gift and my two poinsettias have matching covers (bottom pic). They really do make such a cute addition to the mantle!
Another little quick Christmas share …
My milk bottles that are delivered have these cute little Christmas foil caps adorned with holly. Isn’t that cute? Such a lovely little touch :o)
Wishing you all a very blessed Christmas everyone…

Thank you Karen. I have to say that I do feel lucky to live in a country where they hold fast to tradition :o)

Hi Bevy :o) – it is so nice to hang onto this tradition. I remember as a child growing up in Colonial Rhodesia (Zimbabwe now) having our milk delivered. I was thrilled to see when we moved to England that they are a fiercely traditional country and hang on to some of the good old things! You pay a little extra per pint – but it is so worth it!
