Back in the Garden
I simply cannot stay out of the garden at the mo. It’s all happening all at once that I almost cannot keep up! So here we go again, back into the garden…
The Daffodils are looking spectacular. This bunch {bottom right} is blooming happily at the end of the garden under a small oak tree. {top left} dandelions are everywhere at the moment, and my garden is no exception. I don’t view this plant as a weed at all since learning so much about it and as I know some lovely things can be made from the flowers (which I will share with you at a later time). The Tulips are blooming around the front of the house now and are just stunning.

My seedlings are growing stronger by the day. The greenhouse has emptied and filled again. Emptied as the strawberries that have sheltered over winter have finally gone into their own bed and filled as the seedlings strengthen and grow in the conservatory they are put into the greenhouse to harden off before planting out.

The unknown tree that overhangs the patio is in full bloom now and just lovely, and the delicate pussy-willow flowers quite fascinating up close.
In fact everything seems to look so much better in the sunshine…
After such a long, hard winter, we are loving the clear skies and warmer weather. It is hard to stay indoors and we are spending much time out on the patio...
Or when the wind is a little nippy, inside the conservatory. *Sigh*, I am so happy that spring is here and I can see that I am not the only one, as so many northern hemisphere bloggers are blogging about the same thing! :o)
Happy days all…

It's a type of Magnolia, very pretty. Can't wait to hear about your dandy lions! We have loads and the chickens love the leaves! Happy Spring! Mary Anne

Thank you for letting me know what this tree is Mary Anne. Every time I look at the blooms the question plagues my mine, so you have contributed to a little peace of mind :o)
